The company doubled its capacity in 2020 and is undergoing further improvements as well as introducing new products to its market segments.

Smarter, bigger company emerges from ashes: When a fire in March 2016 destroyed the manufacturing facility, ownership became convinced of the importance of cloud-based computing. When an inflexible Sage MAS 200 system began holding the business back, Champion Fiberglass chose NetSuite’s cloud system.

NetSuite helps to fuel expansion: With NetSuite, Champion has streamlined its financial processes and has the flexibility to continue to evolve. The company has made it possible for all customers to log in to follow order commitments, and it can post inventory availability for mission-critical items online by extracting data from NetSuite.

Expanding the NetSuite footprint: While using NetSuite for production planning, inventory management, payroll and financials, Champion Fiberglass replaced Microsoft Dynamics CRM with NetSuite CRM in 2020. The company intends to continue to expand its use of NetSuite, implementing a barcoding project for its warehouse operations.
