With more than 500 employees, Netcall comprises four business units: one that imports and distributes products from brands such as popular mobile phone manufacturer Sky Devices, one that specialises in call center outsourcing, one that provides other BPO services, and a venture capital arm.
The cloud calls
Netcall previously ran an ERP solution from local vendor Starsoft. The sales team found it difficult to use, and without a cloud-based business system, Netcall struggled to generate financial reports and issue invoices. Leadership initiated the search for a cloud-native solution to automate Netcall’s most time-consuming processes and provide a better employee experience.
