Five more Top 100 VARs join NetSuite Solution Provider Program

New Solution Providers Embrace NetSuite Cloud as Their Engine for Success

SAN MATEO, Calif.—25 October 2012—NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), the industry's leading provider of cloud-based financials / ERP software suites, today announced the latest partners, Oasis Computer Solutions, Accordant Company, RKL eSolutions, Kraft Enterprise Systems, BCS ProSoft, SWK Technologies Inc. and MIBAR, to join the NetSuite Solution Provider Program. Value Added Resellers (VARs) continue to embrace the NetSuite cloud to support their growth. These five new NetSuite Solution Providers are listed in the top 100 VARs by Accounting Today. The top 100 VARs by Accounting Today are selected from organisations focused on sales and implementation of accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Criteria used to determine the winners include 2011 revenue, number of offices, and staff size. This year's listing of top 100 VARs has seen the VAR landscape change in such ways that resellers are now carrying cloud accounting and/or ERP products. These high-profile VARs each bring a history of proven success serving regional and international clients with on-premise ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP and Sage, and have all elected to meet the tremendous demand for cloud solutions by embracing the NetSuite business management suite. After carefully considering market options for managing end-to-end business operations in the cloud, these successful companies each made a clear decision to offer their customers and prospects the world's best cloud financials/ERP suites from NetSuite.

"Our new partners come from different regions of the country and have different vertical focus and areas of specialty, but they all share the same goals—to offer their clients and prospects the best available business application solutions, and to meet the skyrocketing demand for cloud computing solutions," said Craig West, NetSuite Vice President of Channel Sales. "Many of our partners, including those announced today, tell us their customers and prospects continually ask about cloud solutions when evaluating new business management applications. NetSuite has been defining success in the cloud for years, and we are pleased to have new partners share and expand upon that success nationwide."

Launched in 2002, the NetSuite Solution Provider Program is the industry's leading cloud channel partner program and unites hundreds of channel partners and their cloud opportunities with industry-leading margins and incentives (NetSuite SP 100) to grow their businesses. With cloud computing at the forefront of the hottest trends and cloud ERP leading business demand, NetSuite has seen the on-going migration of channel partners from representing on-premise products like Sage and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains to adding NetSuite's superior cloud business management suite. Designed to help solution providers transform their business model to fully capitalize on the revenue growth opportunity of the NetSuite cloud, the NetSuite Solution Provider Program delivers them unprecedented benefits that begin during recruitment and range from business planning, sales, marketing and PS enablement, to training and education.

The new partners to join the NetSuite Solution Provider Program include:

Oasis Computer Solutions (www.oasisky.com), based in Louisville, KY, is a business software solution provider with strong presence in Kentucky, Indiana, and the Northeast. Historically a top performer for Sage and Microsoft Dynamics GP, and seeing demand for cloud solutions in half of its opportunities, Oasis decided the time had come to find a cloud technology partner. Oasis evaluated other cloud business application systems but quickly realised the breadth and depth of functionality in NetSuite, as well as the partner-friendly enablement program which offered the greatest potential to its business. The company expects to build on its strength in distribution, light manufacturing, healthcare and retail, and leverage NetSuite's comprehensive eCommerce capabilities to attract new business in that vertical as well. "NetSuite is the next logical step for us as we stay on the cutting edge of what our clients need," said Michael Drury, Partner at Oasis. "NetSuite took the time to listen to us and assist us in defining a strategy to grow our cloud ERP practice and our company overall. I didn't get that feeling from anybody else."

Accordant Company, LLC (www.accordantco.com), based in Morristown, NJ with offices in nine states and achieving top five Sage reseller for the past three years, selected NetSuite as its exclusive cloud computing technology partner to help the firm expand its presence in the wholesale/distribution and services markets. NetSuite's extensive range of modules and customizable features provides Accordant with the capabilities it needs to continue offering full-service solutions to customers without creating additional IT burdens. The scalability, always-on availability and tight integration between the sales, service, CRM and eCommerce features of NetSuite give Accordant's customers all the room they need to grow. Accordant selected NetSuite ahead of several other cloud technology providers due to NetSuite's comprehensive ERP application platform and the strength of the NetSuite Solution Provider Program. "When we attended the SuiteWorld user and partner conference this past May and saw where NetSuite was going as a company, that sealed the deal," said Robert Sandelands, Accordant Company Managing Partner. "The NetSuite Solution Provider Program is phenomenal and we expect that is going to help us succeed."

RKL eSolutions (www.rklesolutions.com), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Reinsel Kuntz Lesher accounting firm, is based in Lancaster, PA. RKL, a long-time Sage reseller, turned to NetSuite to help expand the company's coast-to-coast opportunities in professional services and distribution. The company noticed many opportunities, particularly start-ups and other high-growth firms with private equity or venture backing, were slipping away because RKL lacked a pure cloud business application solution. After evaluating options, RKL eSolutions quickly determined NetSuite met all of its requirements. RKL's experienced client services team was particularly impressed by NetSuite's extensive eCommerce capabilities, and NetSuite's partner training programs which made it possible for RKL to jumpstart its cloud business quickly. Although NetSuite's competitive partner margins played a role in RKL's decision, the opportunities created by the wide appeal and broad functionality of NetSuite solutions were even more important. "Our professional services organisation confirmed that NetSuite provides the perfect Cloud ERP solution for our customers and prospects with tremendous depth of functionality for the back office as well as eCommerce functionality for the front office," said Joe Noll, President at RKL eSolutions. "The onboarding process has been very easy, and we are looking forward to a bright future doing business with NetSuite."

Kraft Enterprise Solutions (www.kraftenterprise.com), based in Brentwood, TN, is an affiliate of KraftCPAs and has offered a variety of on-premise application systems since its original founding in 1996. Based on increased client demand for cloud technologies, Kraft recently began searching for a full ERP cloud based solution. Kraft found a new partner in NetSuite, which it considers an ideal solution for the healthcare, software, manufacturing and professional services clients it serves. Rival cloud solutions did not offer the end-to-end capabilities of NetSuite, nor the rapid onboarding and strong partner support found in the NetSuite Solution Provider Program. NetSuite's fully integrated capabilities, suitability for both mid-market and enterprise clients, and deep experience with high-tech business made Kraft's decision an easy one. "We have seen a tremendous surge in demand for a cloud platform that would allow our customers to shed hardware and IT infrastructure costs without sacrificing strong ERP functionality. We feel that NetSuite's line-up of integrated applications provides a native cloud solution with a deep expertise in both the services and manufacturing verticals that we support. We are excited about the synergies that will be created with our strong team of experienced ERP experts combined with NetSuite's world-class platform," said Julie Gontarek, Senior Member and Director of Services at Kraft.

BCS ProSoft (www.bcsprosoft.com), based in San Antonio, TX is a long-time Sage reseller with over 1,500 active clients in North America with a strong client base throughout Texas, Colorado, and the Hawaiian Islands. After seeing cloud solutions, and NetSuite in particular, become established competitors in most new opportunities, BCS decided to embrace the mounting trend and become a NetSuite partner. BCS's extensive experience with distribution customers makes for an ideal match with NetSuite's comprehensive capabilities for the wholesale/distribution vertical. Strong back-office integration, world-class inventory controls and sophisticated order processing are all crucial to the distribution market, and BCS saw that NetSuite could meet and exceed client expectations in each area. By offering a rich platform for customization and SuiteApp development, an extensive partner program, and the sophistication clients require when moving their business processes to new technology, NetSuite was the perfect partner for BCS. "For 25 years, we have been selling on-premise products and doing business in a very particular way. NetSuite gives us the opportunity to redefine our business for the next generation," said Clark Haley, BCS CEO and co-founder. "Bringing NetSuite in to BCS feels like a rebirth of the company."

SWK Technologies Inc. (www.swktech.com), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SilverSun Technologies (OTC BB: SSNT) based in Livingston, NJ has focused on Sage products for the past quarter-century. As coveted business executives in the professional services industry made clear that they strongly value flexible and scalable cloud solutions, SWK sought a dedicated cloud computing partner and quickly concluded that NetSuite is the ideal complement to its product portfolio. SWK can offer NetSuite solutions from multiple offices nationwide, and can actively seek to grow its presence with professional services clientele, as well as expand on its core strengths in manufacturing and wholesale/distribution. SWK has a comprehensive software development practice which includes a cloud application for the craft brewing vertical, and the NetSuite SuiteCloud computing platform is a ripe target for the company's development expertise. "We are in growth mode, and taking on NetSuite gives our customers and prospects more choices," said Jeffrey D. Roth, SWK CEO. "NetSuite has taken a very collaborative approach with us as we begin the onboarding process, and they have been easy to work with."

MIBAR (www.mibar.net), based in New York, NY, has offered on-premise ERP systems for over 20 years with a recent focus on Microsoft products. However, the overwhelming demand for cloud solutions alerted the company to the fact that it was missing crucial opportunities. MIBAR recognised NetSuite as the leader in cloud based financials/ERP suites to businesses around the world, with a deep partner community and a high level of functionality. By partnering with NetSuite, built from inception for the cloud, MIBAR can offer maintenance-free solutions without the additional complexity and burden of on-premise systems or terminal services. The highly customizable NetSuite interface means MIBAR can accomplish client tasks in minutes, instead of hours of coding. MIBAR is already undergoing NetSuite's SuiteCloud developer training to ensure its developers can fully leverage the NetSuite cloud-based platform, which can help the company build world-class solutions for its core food and beverage distribution clients in the New York City metro area. "We went from seeing cloud mentioned in 10 percent of opportunities, to seeing it in 90 percent of opportunities, in just 24 months," said Bart Nachimow, MIBAR CEO and founder. "I don't need any more proof than that to convince me the cloud is where business processes are going, and that MIBAR needed to be embrace the cloud opportunity with NetSuite."
