This gives the business greater negotiation power when selling products to major duty-free retailers such as China Duty Free Group and DFS Group.

For more than a decade, each brand ran its business on a separate legacy ERP system. That posed problems when Pola Orbis Travel Retail brought them together—for example, order and sales data was siloed under each brand. Manually tracking this data across B2B and B2C channels took up to five hours per week. The system crashed frequently and created significant downtime, as its IT partner was on another continent.
Simplified inventory management saves time
Last year, Pola Orbis Travel Retail switched to NetSuite ERP to take control of its growing operations. Now, leaders use NetSuite Order Management to automatically track B2B and B2C inventory data, resulting in faster delivery to customers.
